Job Summary
Join a leading national law firm as a Legal Secretary. 2–3+ years' law firm experience required, with opportunities across multiple practice areas.
If you're an experienced Legal Secretary in any area of law - litigation, property, commercial, family, employment, corporate or otherwise - we'd like to hear from you. With several roles available across different teams, there's a strong chance we have an opening that fits your background.

What you'll be doing
High-level secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, meetings, deadlines and client communications
Maintaining matter files and assisting with billing and time recording
Supporting lawyers with the day-to-day running of their matters
What you'll bring
2–3+ years' Legal Secretary experience within a law firm (any practice area)
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence managing competing priorities
A professional, client-focused approach
