About the Company:

With a track record of delivering complex projects in live environments, they’re looking for a Preconstruction Manager to lead the front-end of the build process with precision and confidence.

The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the delivery of commercial fit out projects across Melbourne's CBD.

The role provides exposure to both pre-construction and project delivery, allowing you to gain experience across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Let and vet subcontractor packages
• Track and monitor project budgets and costs
• Coordinate design and documentation
• Assist with project programming and coordination
• Prepare project reporting, including progress and cost reporting
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a commercial construction or fit out background and is looking to take the next step in their career.
