About the Role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, growing sales, and developing strong partnerships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, GPs, ENTs, Pediatrician, OBG, respiratory specialists, and healthcare professionals.

Promote the benefits and clinical use of our OTC sinus rinse range.

Execute territory plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Conduct product education and training sessions for pharmacy teams.

Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution.

Ensure effective merchandising and in-store visibility.

Monitor market activity, competitor products, and customer feedback.

Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM records.

Attend conferences, trade events, and industry meetings as required.

Develop and grow sales within community pharmacies, pharmacy groups, and healthcare retail accounts.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device, pharmacy sectors.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-focused attitude.

Strong organisational and territory management skills.

Current Australian driver's licence.
