What we're looking for

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in clinical ward rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing, patient counselling, discharge planning and clinical documentation
• Experience using Merlin, EMR or similar hospital systems highly regarded (including experience with paper-based medication charts)
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
