Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment properly.

Greet and serve customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.

Take orders, answer basic product questions, and provide customer service support.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, utensils, and workstations.

Replenish coffee beans, milk, cups, ingredients, and other materials promptly from stock.

Monitor ingredient levels and inform the Employer when stock replenishment is needed.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Clean the store, including the bar area and assigned customer areas.

Report equipment issues, product shortages, or operational problems to the Employer promptly.

Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Employer from time to time.
