The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team. You'll be responsible for preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with our warehouse team, and ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional service.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Build strong relationships with builders, carpenters and trade customers.

Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery.

Liaise with our warehouse and despatch teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Support our external sales team with pricing, product information and order management.

Maintain accurate customer and order information within our ERP system.

About You

To be considered for this role, you'll have:

Previous Internal Sales experience within the timber, building materials, hardware or construction supply industry.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.

A team-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
