Description

  • Conduct audits for disability and human services to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate policies, procedures and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of audit findings.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to clients.
  • Stay updated on changes to regulations and standards within the healthcare sector.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for quality assurance.

Profile

A successful Disability and Human Services Auditor should have:

  • Strong understanding of disability and human services regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of the NDIS program.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or Health Science or related health qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear and concise reports.
  • Good communication skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in the healthcare sector.
  • Drivers licence.

Job Offer

  • Base salary ranging from $120,00 to $130,000 AUD, plus superannuation.
  • Permanent role.
