Pristine Pools and Spas are a locally owned and family operated business providing swimming pool maintenance and repair services to residential, commercial body corporate and real-estate agencies. Pristine Pools and Spas strive to become a leading swimming pool maintenance management service provider in a manner that is financially sound, and environmentally sustainable. In our endeavour we are committed to providing a professional service to our clients.

Between answering phone calls, checking and responding to emails, invoicing clients and building up our client listing, you’ll also be responsible for our technicians scheduling system, completing tasks appointed by the operations manager and going through all services scheduled and checking for any follow ups our technicians have noted. You will also be in charge of multiple commercial sites, with additional reports and documents to follow up on and create, as well as their extensive invoicing platforms.

What we are looking for in our administration team is accountability, responsibility, professionalism, and a can-do attitude. Immediate start required for the right person.

Qualifications & experience

Xero, Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceM8 experience would be an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong administrative skills and experience in a similar field

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide administrative support for maintenance and site operations

Creating reports

Job scheduling and technician allocation

Manage and maintain administrative records and complete data entry

Basic accounting generating and processing invoices

Running the ServiceM8 program

Booking clients in for jobs and allocating correct technicians for each job

Maintaining a clean workplace

Looking after the social media accounts and advertisement
