Rendering Logistics & Site Support

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to join our team in a Rendering Logistics & Site Supportrole.

This is a hands on position responsible for keeping our rendering crews moving efficiently across multiple projects. You’ll assist with material and tool deliveries, site setup and set down, site clean ups, protection and general logistical support for our team of renderers ensuring our team have what they need to focus on delivering.

The Role

No two days will necessarily be the same. You’ll be moving between our projects, suppliers and warehouse, helping make sure sites are organised, stocked, clean and ready for our rendering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver rendering materials, tools and equipment to projects

Pick up materials and supplies from our warehouse and suppliers

Move tools and equipment between projects as required

Prepare and set up sites before rendering crews commence

Set up protection to floors, windows, doors and surrounding surfaces

Assist with masking, taping, plastic and general site preparation

Establish designated mixing and material areas

Organise materials so crews can commence work efficiently

Complete site clean-ups during and following rendering works

Collect excess materials, tools and equipment from completed projects

Remove rubbish and maintain clean, organised work areas

Return tools and equipment to the warehouse and maintain organised storage

Assist with monitoring tools, equipment and material stock

Notify the team when materials or consumables are running low

Complete urgent material or equipment runs when required

Provide general site support to rendering crews where required

Maintain company vehicles in a clean and organised condition

Communicate with supervisors and rendering teams regarding daily site requirements to be prepared in advance for the days and weeks ahead

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Organised and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day

Proactive and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities

Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving construction materials

Respectful when working on high end residential and commercial projects

Careful when handling tools, materials and completed surfaces

Comfortable driving between projects throughout South East Queensland (Brisbane, Tamborine Mountain, Gold Coast, Byron Bay)

Able to communicate clearly with supervisors, trades and suppliers

Willing to get their hands dirty and help wherever required

Someone who takes pride in leaving sites clean, organised and ready for the next stage

A current driver's licence is essential.

Previous experience in construction, rendering, plastering, warehousing, deliveries or trade support would be highly regarded, however attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are most important to us.
