Lower North Shore, Sydney | Up to $110,000 Package | Monday to Friday
The Opportunity
A reputable Lower North Shore agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. Strong portfolio, strong support and none of the usual extras that eat into your day.
The Role
160 to 180 properties. Monday to Friday. No leasing. No accounts. Support provided for ingoing and routine inspections. Up to $110,000 package depending on experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing all aspects of your portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance. Conducting and overseeing ingoing and routine inspections with support. Building strong, long-term relationships with your clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
About You
You are an experienced Property Manager with a solid residential PM background. Organised, client-focused and confident managing a portfolio independently. You take pride in your work, build genuine relationships and are looking for a role where the support is real and the structure actually works. NSW Real Estate Licence held.
