The Opportunity:

• Our client, a MNC Food Manufacturing Company
• Location: Boon lay
• Salary: Up to $5000 + Bonus
• Working hor: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting & Planning by managing weekly and long-term forecasts, ensuring accurate demand projections to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to align demand and supply plans.
• Analyze Performance & Improve Forecast Accuracy by monitoring key KPIs, conducting root cause analysis on forecast variances, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Supply Chain Excellence & Digital Transformation through inventory optimization, customer service fulfillment, AI forecasting initiatives, and enterprise planning system projects (SAP S/4HANA & o9).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting.
• Experience with SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, o9, or similar planning systems will be an advantage.
