About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Stock & Data Analyst to join our Purchasing & Warehousing team in West Gosford. You’ll work alongside experienced team members assisting with stock statistics, system pricing, supplier data, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Excel Operations: Update and maintain supplier pricing files, inventory codes, and product master data across our systems.
Inventory & Stock Tracking: Assist with monthly reporting, stock conversions, and creating distribution/packing lists.
Supplier Coordination: Prepare purchase orders, maintain supplier price tracking sheets, and help manage communication regarding price updates and quotes.
System Maintenance: Work with business software (ERP/BI tools) to keep sell prices, landed costs, and standard costing matrices accurate.
What We’re Looking For
Strong Excel / Google Sheets Skills (Non-Negotiable): You don't need years of job experience, but you must be comfortable with functions like XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and working with large datasets.
High Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous. You double-check your work and notice when a number or code looks off.
Tech & IT Savvy: You pick up new software quickly and enjoy learning new systems.
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You’re proactive, eager to learn, and excited to jump into a supportive team environment.
University degree (e.g., Business, IT, Commerce, Math) is welcome, but not required if you have the technical aptitude and drive!
