The Lorian Group have partnered with a growing developer/builder delivering commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland valued up to $30m. By managing both the development and construction process in-house, they're able to maintain greater control over quality, programme and delivery across every project.

With more than two years of secured work already in the pipeline and several new projects due to commence throughout the second half of 2026, they're looking to bring an experienced Site Manager into the team as they continue to grow.

Your New Role
Reporting through to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of site from establishment through to handover. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage programme and safety, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Working across both commercial and industrial projects, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a varied portfolio rather than being tied to one project type.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
• QBCC Supervisor License
• Trade background and/or tertiary education
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and subcontractor management.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and site presentation.
• The ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Stable employment history with the ability to run projects autonomously.
