Our close-knit team values professionalism, integrity, and care, both for our clients and for each other. We're now looking for Casual Garden Maintenance Team Members to join us, with opportunities to grow.
What You'll Do
You'll be part of a small, supportive team maintaining gardens and outdoor areas to a high standard. Every day brings something new, but typical duties include:
Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping, pruning, and hedging
Weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden tidy-ups
Using hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
Working across residential, commercial, aged and disability communities
Providing friendly, patient, and respectful service, especially when supporting our clients and community members
This role would suit someone with gardening experience and a natural green thumb, someone who takes pride in creating welcoming outdoor spaces and finds fulfilment in making a difference in people's lives. Patience, reliability, attention to detail and a strong sense of community are key, as is enjoying the balance between hands-on garden work and meaningful connection, while supporting our clients and residents.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of garden or grounds maintenance experience required
Confident using small machinery (mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, blowers)
Current Manual Driver's Licence as a work ute is available for use
Current National Police Clearance within a 3 year validity
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights
Desirable:
Located North of the River
Experience working with aged and disability community setting
