Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and inspection of security systems and equipment
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.)
· Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems when required
· Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns, including rotating standby/on-call duties
· Conduct system testing and ensure equipment is fully operational after repairs
· Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records
· Coordinate with clients and site personnel during service activities
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
· Travel frequently between client sites to perform assigned duties
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
· Technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
· Experience in servicing and maintaining security systems
· Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of IP networking and system configuration will be advantageous
· Willingness to work rotating standby schedules
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Singapore
· Good communication and customer service skills
