Travel Your Style is offering something different. Here, you are the customer’s champion.

One day you might be designing a month in Italy around food and wine, and places the client would never find alone. The next, you could be fitting Japan, an Alaskan cruise, Vancouver and Seattle into one seamless journey. These are not stock-standard bookings. They are complex puzzles for discerning, high-value clients who expect you to listen deeply, think commercially and create something exceptional.

You will own the relationship from the first conversation through to deposit. Once the direction is clear, an established consulting and administration team will help with research, booking, invoicing and delivery - freeing you to spend more of your time consulting, creating and converting.

You will also have the opportunity to become a specialist in Morocco and support the only Morocco DMC based in Australia

• Become a Morocco specialist. The successful candidate will build deep destination expertise and, once established in the role, undertake an immersive, company-funded trip to Morocco.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Lead premium client consultations, uncover the real brief and turn it into a distinctive, commercially sound itinerary.

• Present recommendations confidently, handle value objections and convert qualified enquiries through to deposit, travel and booking again.

• Make smart supplier and pricing decisions that protect both the client experience and the business’s margin.

• Brief, prioritise and supervise the consultants and administration team delivering your bookings - and improve the workflow as you go.

• Build specialist capability across Morocco and help connect the premium agency and destination-specialist businesses.

THIS ROLE IS MADE FOR YOU IF…

• You have strong travel-industry experience personally converting and delivering bespoke, premium or high-value leisure travel.

• You are warm and engaging on the phone, listen closely and can guide a conversation without becoming pushy.

• You understand pricing, margins, commissions and supplier economics - and know how to build an itinerary that delights the client and makes money.

• You want autonomy, accept accountability for commercial results and find a path forward when something needs doing.

• You are ready to step beyond individual production and begin leading workflow and people around you.
