Estimator & Projects Coordinator

Help deliver projects from quotation through to completion

About the Role

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Estimator & Projects Coordinator to prepare quotations, manage tenders and support the successful delivery of commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for repairs, maintenance and new installations

• Prepare and submit tender documentation

• Review service reports and prepare repair recommendations

• Liaise with customers regarding quotations and project enquiries

• Source materials and obtain supplier pricing

• Order project materials and coordinate deliveries

• Assist with project planning and scheduling

• Track project costs and budgets

• Monitor project progress and support successful delivery

• Maintain accurate records within Simpro

• Support invoicing and project administration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience preparing quotations, estimates or tenders

• Strong commercial awareness

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Experience using Simpro or similar software (preferred)

• Experience in construction, building services, garage doors or industrial services (highly regarded)
