Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently recruiting multiple Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Operators for leading warehouse and distribution centres across Truganina.

These are ongoing casual positions offering full-time hours, with both day and afternoon shifts available.

Pay Rates

Pick Packers

Day Shift: $33.85 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $37.91 per hour

High Reach Forklift Operators

Day Shift: $35.96 per hour

Afternoon Shift: $40.28 per hour

Available Roles

Pick Packers

Picking and packing customer orders

RF scanning and order processing

Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch

Stock replenishment

Manual handling and pallet wrapping

General warehouse housekeeping

Working towards daily KPI targets

High Reach Forklift Operators

Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently

Putaways and replenishment

Loading and unloading trucks

Moving stock throughout the warehouse

Assisting with dispatch operations

General warehouse duties when required

A current LF Forklift Licence and previous High Reach experience are essential for forklift positions.

Monday to Friday

Skills & Experience

Pick Packers

Previous warehouse or pick packing experience

RF scanning experience highly regarded

Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling

Reliable, punctual and committed

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

High Reach Forklift Operators

Current LF Forklift Licence

Minimum 6 months' recent High Reach forklift experience

Experience operating in busy warehouse environments

Reliable, punctual and committed
