Junior Dealer – Treasury & Financial Markets
Sydney | $70,000 – $80,000 + Super | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Our client is a well-established financial services organisation seeking a Junior Dealer to join their Financial Markets team. This role will support day-to-day treasury dealing across FX, Money Markets and Fixed Income, while also gaining exposure to funding, liquidity, derivatives and treasury operations.
Key responsibilities:
Execute FX, Money Market and Fixed Income transactions
Support funding, liquidity and investment activities
Process treasury transactions and post-trade activities
Prepare treasury reports and support treasury systems
Monitor market and regulatory developments
Assist with treasury projects, controls and process improvements
About you:
2+ years' experience in a similar role within an Australian financial institution
Good understanding of Treasury and Financial Markets products
Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
