An exciting opportunity currently exists for a part-time (22.8 hours per week) Finance Officer to join our Gold Coast team to assist with assessing contract sales applications.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Review contracts and sales documentation for validity;

Undertake credit checks;

Check sales form for accuracy of pricing;

Recommend for approval;

Working relationships:

Branch Managers;

Financial Controller;

Finance Accountant;

Contracts Administration Team;

Required Attributes:

Competent computer skills and ability to rapidly learn software;

Intermediate Excel skills;

Good communication skills;

High attention to detail and a proactive hands-on approach;

A great work ethic and positive work attitude;

A flexible and adaptable attitude towards change;

A great ability to multitask;

Absolute commitment to quality and high volume;

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in processing loan applications;
