The role
As the Functional Lead, you will act as the essential link between business needs and technology – ensuring our new Oracle Fusion Cloud Application is implemented successfully and delivers maximum value.
As a key member of the Integration Enterprise Management System (IEMS) project you will work closely with our implementation partner, project team and business stakeholders to design, test and embed best-practice Finance, Procurement and Project business processes within Oracle Fusion. You will provide expert advice, lead configuration discussions, support testing and training activities, and ensure a smooth transition into operational use.
This is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, communicate and solve complex problems will be critical to success.
What you’ll bring
5-7 years + experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP, EPM, PPM) and large ERP implementations.
Experience designing and implementing business processes to support enterprise planning, project management and finance.
Strong understanding of data flows, automation, role mapping and delegation processes.
Experience working on projects with multiple integrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
