💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary Canberra team. If you’re passionate about helping people and want to be part of something meaningful—this is your moment.

You’ll:

Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments

Develop, deliver, and monitor behaviour support plans

Provide timely, effective services that meet participant goals

Work independently while being backed by a supportive team

Understand the importance of KPIs—but always put quality care first

✅ What You’ll Need

Current registration with the Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist)

Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with complex needs

Passion for helping clients reach their full potential

Strong communication skills—advocacy, mediation, and relationship building

Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
