About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring enquiries are managed promptly and professionally. Supporting a small team, you will provide a broad range of administrative and accounts support, helping to maintain efficient day-to-day operations and a positive client experience.
Duties
Manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate email inboxes, document scanning and cloud-based filing
Prepare quotes and provide administrative support across the team
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoice generation
Follow up outstanding accounts and support debtor management processes
Skills & Experience
Deliver strong customer service with a client-focused approach
Use systems and software confidently and accurately
Demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks
Communicate in a friendly, approachable and professional manner
Work reliably as a team player across a small team environment
Experience using MYOB is desirable
