Job Responsibilities:

Source and engage with overseas and local suppliers while evaluating quality, service, and price competitiveness.

Monitor stock levels and manage replenishments to meet requisition needs across departments and branches.

Ensure timely delivery, receiving, issuing, and distribution of goods to relevant parties.

Conduct entry and verification of supplier invoices against purchase orders for various supplies and submit to the finance department promptly.

Maintain accurate records in procurement and general inventory using the info care system, ensuring stock accuracy.

Update and file documentation for the MMD Department in adherence to ISO standards and guidelines.

Facilitate coordination between departments, branches, suppliers, vendors, and contractors on procurement matters.

Generate procurement reports and general inventory updates through the info care system.

Uphold safe work practices and environments in compliance with required standards.

Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures in a nursing home setting.

Participate in departmental quality assurance activities and policy reviews as needed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least 1–3 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, inventory, or materials management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supplier/vendor management.

Experience in sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and coordinating deliveries.
