Account Officer

Job Description:

Experience in handling full set of accounts.

Ensure month-end and yearly closing deadline are met and compliance to local rule and regulation.

Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.

Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable.

Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.

Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.

Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.

Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement.

Prepare and analyze project budget and forecast reports.

Liaise with external auditors and provide the required support to the auditors.

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Candidates with 3 year of accounts experience will be preferred.

Hold a Bachelor degree in accountancy/ finance or equivalent.

IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Account Assistant

Job Description:

Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP).

Perform comprehensive accounting service.

Quarterly GST preparation.

Good interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels in the organization.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management / head of department.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy.

Candidates with 1 year of accounts experience will be preferred.

Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills.

Team oriented with keen sense of learning.
