About You
This role will suit someone with exposure to townhouse or volume building construction who is early / mid way in their Site Supervision career and looking to join a stable builder where they can forge a long-term future. We’re looking for someone with:

• 1 -5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on townhouse or medium-density residential projects
• Or 1 -5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor with a volume builder (must have experience with double story builds)
• A carpentry or trade background
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety requirements
• Confident site leadership skills with clear communication and strong organisation
• A proactive, decisive, and quality-driven approach to site delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction across 1–2 townhouse sites
• Drive projects to meet program, quality, and budget targets
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site trades
• Ensure site safety, compliance, and best-practice standards
• Work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders
• Foster a positive, solutions-focused site culture
