We're partnering with multiple well-established civil contractors delivering major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Southeast Queensland and FIFO locations throughout Australia.

With strong project pipelines and continued growth, we're recruiting both Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers to join high-performing delivery teams across a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.

Projects include TMR roads, water infrastructure, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks and major civil infrastructure, offering excellent project exposure, supportive leadership and genuine opportunities for career advancement.

Whether you're looking to remain local in Southeast Queensland or take advantage of FIFO opportunities, we have multiple roles available with respected Tier 2 and Tier 3 civil contractors.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $185,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering delivery of civil infrastructure projects and key work packages
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to achieve project milestones
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, progress claims and reporting
• Prepare construction methodologies, programs and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
• Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and clients to deliver successful project outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil construction
• Background in TMR roads, water infrastructure, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks or major infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and project sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors, cost control and project documentation
• Excellent communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
