Responsibilities

Gather client and designer specifications and accurately calculate or measure quantities from floorplan drawings to support project planning

Prepare and deliver product samples and detailed quotations for client approval to facilitate decision-making

Coordinate timely delivery of orders, ensuring all delivery orders comply with purchase orders and delivery order verification

Source and obtain quotations from sub-contractors and material suppliers to secure competitive pricing

Identify and recommend new suppliers by calling for quotations and evaluating options to enhance supplier base

Follow up on product quality complaints and collaborate with suppliers and engineers to resolve quality issues promptly

Process and generate purchase orders (PO) and requisition orders (RO) to maintain accurate procurement records

Perform other duties as assigned to support team and project needs

Requirements

Ability to read and understand construction and interior detailed drawings to ensure accurate quantity calculations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data efficiently

Positive attitude, hardworking and able to work independently with initiative

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members

Team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently

Relevant working experience in the Commercial Interior Industry advantageous
