We're now looking for a General Manager – Plumbing to take full ownership of a high-performing division and scale it into a best-in-class operation.

This is a true leadership role — full P&L ownership, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

About the Role

As General Manager – Plumbing, you will own the performance, growth and operational excellence of the division.

You will lead from the front — setting the standard across performance, accountability and culture.

What you'll be responsible for:

Own the P&L – drive revenue, margin and overall performance

Lead operations – service, installs and maintenance running efficiently and on time

Drive sales growth – improve conversion, average ticket and revenue

Build and lead the team – set standards, develop leaders and drive accountability

Own customer outcomes – deliver a consistent, high-quality experience

Ensure safety & compliance – uphold strong WHS and quality standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Commercially strong – understands numbers, margin and performance

Operationally sharp – knows how to run service + install teams

A true leader – can build followership and drive accountability

Hands-on and driven – not afraid to get into the detail

Hungry and ambitious – wants to win and build something

Ideal Background:

Experience leading a – P&L or business unit

Background in – plumbing, trades, construction or field service (highly regarded)

Experience managing – multi-functional teams (sales, ops, field)

Strong track record – of improving performance and scaling operations
