Job Description:

Manage a construction project team and oversees the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.

Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on the project’s activities.

Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client

Manage manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities in resolving site issues.

Monitor ongoing site activities and ensure work runs smoothly

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LTA/MRT projects

At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This position is site based

5.5 days workweek
