• Work on complex and large clients

FIRM

This represents an opportunity with a very friendly boutique accounting firm based in the Bayside. This firm is led by a down to earth and approachable Director who is extremely proud of the firm he has built.

POSITION

Due to growth and to free up the Director's time, the position of Business Services Manager has been created.

This role will involve a mix of the following:

• Manage a client portfolio and manage client relationships (focus on the firm's larger clients)
• Review the work completed by junior staff
• Provide high quality tax compliance and advisory services

There will be a genuiine pathway to equity for the right candidate.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified
• 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Experience managing a client portfolio
• Experience managing staff members on shore and off shore
• Experience with advisory would be highly beneficial
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
• Lives in the Bayside or Southern Suburbs
