About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site resources, maintain project schedules, and act as the key point of contact on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain quality assurance standards
  • Monitor project progress and report to project management
  • Maintain compliance with WHS policies and procedures
  • Coordinate materials, plant, and equipment requirements
  • Assist with project documentation and reporting through project management systems

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction, civil, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience on government contracts (AS2124, 4000, 4300)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices
  • Civil construction knowledge and experience
  • Good IT skills with experience using project management software, experience with Procore highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote environments
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Current driver's licence
  • Relevant construction industry certifications and tickets (desirable)
