Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff to ensure the timely and efficient completion of engineering projects
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and reports in support of engineering projects
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify and resolve any issues or challenges
Provide technical guidance and support to junior members of the engineering team
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Participate in the development and implementation of new engineering methodologies and technologies
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the civil/structural engineering industry
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of civil/structural engineering principles and practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work
