We don’t just supply paint, we partner with painters, specifiers, builders, and DIY enthusiasts to bring life and personality to homes, workplaces, and communities. With deep local roots and a commitment to great customer services, our brand delivers quality and excellence every step of the way.

The successful candidate will be responsible for retail fundamentals, including outstanding customer service, Business development, marketing and general running of the store. You will help achieve sales and profitability growth, Improving the business whilst while maintaining a productive, and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional customer service, accountability, ownership, teamwork, promoting engagement and offering solutions

Maintain the team's knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure a successful store culture

Tinting & mixing paint, palletising paint drums, arranging orders for delivery & colour matching

Inventory, ordering, stock replenishment

Assisting to grow store revenue and targets and hitting KPI’s

Assisting to implement marketing and promotional plans to maximise sales potential

Maintain and continue development of customer relationships. Offering advice/solutions to customers, both trade and retail

Operate point of sale system and prepare sales invoices following company policy

Implement innovating store display ideas and shopfront sales

About you

Motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative

Experience in retail sales, with a strong customer focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Visual Merchandising experience preferred, not essential

An eye for detail, with a focus on safety and driving sales results

Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must

Available Monday – Friday between 6.30am – 4.30

Requirements

Previous Assistant Store Manager or Experienced Sales Assistant

A valid driver’s license

Permanent Working Rights

Paint industry experience is not mandatory – training can be provided
