Finish Beauty is a boutique Paddington salon specialising in brows, lash lifts and glowy skin. We're known for doing great work in a space that actually feels good to be in- for clients and the team.

We're on the hunt for an amazing therapist who suits our vibe.

The Role

Casual position with flexible hours built around your availability and our booking requirements- no Sundays or public holidays.

You would build towards full-time hours with a growth and progression plan…we're open to the career direction you'd like to take and want to encourage and foster a great work/life balance.

You'll be delivering our signature treatments to a loyal, returning client base in a small supportive team environment.

Core services you'll need to be across:

Brows- Shaping, Tint/Dye/Henna, Lamination

Lash Lifts (we specialise in Lash Lifts)

Facials and Skin Treatments

Spray Tan

Makeup

What We're Looking For

Beauty experience advantageous but not necessary as we provide full training, Customer Service experience is a must!

Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or currently studying toward one)

Genuine skill and love for brows, lashes and skin

Proactive, warm and outgoing- you can hold a great conversation while delivering exceptional results

Polished and well-presented (we love style with comfort)

High attention to detail and strong motivation

A team-first mindset- we're small and tight-knit, help each other out and love to have a chat on lunch breaks

Must be comfortable being on social media, don’t worry not everyday but we do love to champion our team.

At least 1 late night (can be more if preferred and available) and Saturday each week to begin, once Full Time you’ll get 1 Saturday off a month.

What You'll Get

Award rate pay (Hair & Beauty Industry Award 2020) + superannuation with potential to increase above award wage based on performance.

Performance based bonus structure.

Flexible casual hours- will be set each week but we’re happy to work with your schedule.
