About the Role *Immediate Start*
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our loyal team at Paediatric Dental Specialists. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day administrative duties of our busy specialist dental practice. Our practice operates across 3 locations South Perth, Mount Hawthorn and Karrinyup.

The successful candidate will be required to rotate between all three practice locations on a monthly basis to provide comprehensive administrative support across our network.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Handling incoming phone calls and email enquiries

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating databases

Assisting with billing, invoicing and other financial tasks

Providing general administrative support to the dental team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or administrative roles is required

Essential requirement for previous experience in dental or healthcare setting

Experience in any healthcare environment, including medical centres, hospitals, or dental practices, will be considered suitable for this role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using various office software and technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, dental practice software, and email systems is required. Experience with Exact PMS desirable.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

A friendly, professional and reliable demeanour

Permanent residency is required for this position
