About the Role

We are currently looking for a Roller Shutter Installer to join our growing installation team.

We are open to either:

Full-time employment, or

Subcontractor arrangements

The opportunity is suitable for experienced roller shutter installers as well as skilled tradespeople who have the right background and attitude and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Measuring roller shutters for installation

Installing residential and commercial roller shutters

Diagnosing and resolving installation-related issues onsite

Ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard

Communicating professionally with customers

Keeping work areas clean and organised

Assisting with roller shutter production when required

The Ideal Candidate

Trade Background: Experience in a hands-on trade such as carpentry, cabinet making, electrical, mechanical, building, installation or a similar field is highly regarded.

Workmanship and Detail:

Takes immense pride in high-quality workmanship.

Possesses an exceptional eye for detail, demonstrating infinite attention to accuracy.

Problem-Solving: Must be a highly skilled and resourceful problem solver.

Professionalism and Conduct:

Well-spoken, friendly, and professional in all interactions.

Highly organised.

Cleanliness: Demonstrates a meticulous standard of cleanliness (a "clean freak").

Attitude: Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
