Principal Product Manager - Consumer & Creator Experience

Salary: $170K-$200K + super
Location: Remote (Australia)

The Opportunity
We're partnering with a mission-driven digital platform looking for a senior Product Manager to own a critical area of the business. This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced product operator who can take ownership of complex problem spaces and drive outcomes with minimal direction.

The role sits across two key areas:

• Consumer product experience
• Creator tools and content operations

You'll be responsible for improving the experience for both end users and content creators, while helping scale the systems, tools and workflows that support a rapidly growing content marketplace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own strategy and execution for a significant product domain
• Improve creator onboarding, engagement and publishing workflows
• Build tools, dashboards and operational systems for content creators
• Identify opportunities to grow content supply and platform engagement
• Partner closely with leadership, design, engineering and data teams
• Use data, customer insights and experimentation to drive decisions
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery and execution

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' product management experience
• Strong consumer product background
• Experience owning products end-to-end as a senior IC
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Strong marketplace, creator platform, content, community or ed-tech experience highly regarded
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and commercial judgment
• AI-native ways of working (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
