About the Role
As the Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client enjoys a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to settlement. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll coordinate lending applications, build lasting relationships with referral partners and clients, and keep transactions moving efficiently.
No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as keeping everything organised behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the end-to-end client journey throughout the lending process
Building strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Coordinating loan applications and documentation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Supporting business development initiatives
Delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
About You
You'll likely come from mortgage broking, commercial lending, business banking, asset finance or another professional services environment where client service and organisation go hand in hand.
You'll bring:
Experience in client service, lending support, broker support or relationship management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
A proactive approach with the confidence to manage competing priorities
CRM experience (Zoho highly regarded but not essential)
Experience within finance, lending or banking
