Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable holiday experiences and thriving in a vibrant, guest-focused environment? Look no further! Park Lane Holiday Parks is searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Experience Officer to help create magical getaways for our guests. You will be a key player in ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and memorable.

You will help make every guest stay smooth, welcoming and memorable.

Welcome guests and provide front desk support

Manage bookings, payments and guest enquiries

Answer phone calls and emails promptly

Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism

Promote park activities and accommodation options

What You’ll Bring

You enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment.

Strong customer service skills

Clear communication and a positive attitude

Good organisation and attention to detail

Confidence using booking systems and computers

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) and Australian work rights
