Core Responsibilities
Maintain standard work, process controls, technical files, and engineering change history.
Track cycle time, yield, rework, downtime, and NCR trends to catch deviations.
Lead structured root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for quality non-conformances.
Drive the CIP pipeline using VSM, time studies, and capacity modeling.
Keep capacity models live to balance demand, and manage Kaizen and Engineering Change submissions.
Develop CAPEX project concepts, designs, and quotes; manage on-site suppliers and contractors to budget and schedule.
Interface with Quality on standards, support SHE with risk assessments/permits, and collaborate with NPI for manufacturing readiness.
Apply the RASCI framework and share best practices with regional and global teams.
Role Requirements
Degree qualification in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or equivalent).
3–5 years in a process/manufacturing engineering role within a precision or technically complex environment.
Knowledge of semiconductor or vacuum equipment is preferred.
Proven experience in VSM, Kaizen, time studies, and structured RCA tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, PFMEA).
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, PPAP, Control Plans, permit-to-work, and risk assessments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and O365.
Strong skills to operate from the shop floor to management level; fluent in English.
Flexible working pattern and willingness to travel within the region.
