As a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker (Merredin) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts.

- Hourly rate: SCHADS Award - 2.1 $45.28 an hour plus Super as a base rate, 2.2 $46.70 if you are qualified! Casual penalty rates apply.

💼 What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience working with Youth or similar
- Current driver’s license and probity clearances
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
