As a Executive, VIP Reservations [Call Centre] , you will be responsible for the following duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively understanding guest preferences, anticipating needs, and creating personalized experiences to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle and process guest enquiries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring reservations, bookings, and special requests are completed promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Liaise closely with internal departments to coordinate seamless arrangements for guest requests, ensuring timely delivery of products and services and a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Manage guest feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, providing appropriate resolutions while upholding service quality and strengthening guest relationships.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and operational procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations tailored to guest needs.

Ensure all guest interactions are documented accurately in the system, keeping records updated to support effective communication, follow-up actions, and service continuity.

Requirements

Diploma qualification with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with relevant experience in the hospitality or service industry.

Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
