Blue Gum Community School is a small, community-based, not-for-profit Preschool and Primary School, positioned in the beautifully adapted and heritage listed home and gardens of Mount Errington, walking-distance from Hornsby centre.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Director to lead our Blue Gum Out of School Hours (BGOSH) team.

This role is ideal for an early career Early Childhood Teacher or a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about creating engaging, high-quality experiences for preschool and school-aged children.

The position involves working:

Term time: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 6pm or 11am - 6pm

School holidays: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm*

*The BGOSH program closes for 4 weeks between mid December and mid January each year.

Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Cert111/Diploma/ECT qualified), or a currently enrolled Early Childhood student at university, who would like to join our story?

Do you want to work with a small team of professional, respectful, thoughtful teachers who are working together, with intention, to offer an exceptional experience in BGOSH, for adults and students alike?
