As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:
- Tenancy management
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
- Maintain accurate and current documentation
- Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
- Liaise with property Facility Manager's across some buildings
- Ensure compliance, codes and standards
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You'll be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Starting small, your portfolio will grow as you grow and you will have an incredible, stable team to support you with your learning.

About you
- Agents Representative Certificate is required
- Experience managing or supporting the management of a residential or commercial portfolio
- Understand property-related documents
- Ability to negotiate and develop professional relationships
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
