As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:

• Tenancy management
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
• Maintain accurate and current documentation
• Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
• Liaise with property Facility Manager's across some buildings
• Ensure compliance, codes and standards
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You'll be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Starting small, your portfolio will grow as you grow and you will have an incredible, stable team to support you with your learning.

About you

• Agents Representative Certificate is required
• Experience managing or supporting the management of a residential or commercial portfolio
• Understand property-related documents
• Ability to negotiate and develop professional relationships
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
