About the role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil and earthmoving crews on FIFO projects across Western Australia. You'll run and coordinate crews, keep production moving, and stay on top of the paperwork and site requirements.

Key responsibilities

Running and coordinating crews

Allocating daily tasks

Coordinating plant and operators

Monitoring productivity and progress

Conducting toolbox meetings and site briefings

Completing site paperwork and reporting

Ensuring SWMS, JHAs and site procedures are followed

Identifying and managing site hazards

Liaising with project and client representatives

Maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping

About you

Current S26 Supervisor qualification

Mining experience

Previous experience supervising civil/earthmoving crews

Strong understanding of mining site requirements

Good safety knowledge

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to confidently run a crew

Good paperwork and organisational skills

Reliable and professional approach
