Package: $100,000 - $140,000 +super

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Account Executive to join one of Australia's leading independent insurance brokers. Based in Perth, you'll become part of a high-performing team with a strong reputation in the commercial insurance market.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a wide range of industries and policy lines. From specialist sectors such as mining through to more traditional motor, property and liability risks, you'll gain exposure to complex insurance programmes while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

The Opportunity

• Support senior colleagues in managing established commercial portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base across multiple industries.
• Manage a broad range of commercial insurance policies, including specialist mining risks alongside motor, property and liability programmes.
• Attend client meetings and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Represent the business at networking functions and industry events, helping to strengthen the firm's presence in the WA market.
• Build your own profile within the industry while contributing to the continued growth of the Perth office.
• Work closely with insurers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for clients.

About You
The team is looking for someone who is technically capable, commercially minded and eager to continue developing their career.
You'll ideally have:

• Experience working within commercial insurance as an Account Executive, Broker or Account Manager.
• Exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products and policy lines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting to clients and representing the business at networking and industry events.
• An ambitious mindset with the drive to build your profile and develop new opportunities.
• A genuine interest in growing your technical expertise within the mid-market and corporate sector.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or equivalent).
