Responsibilities:

Establish strategies to engender a culture of mentoring, coaching and capability development within the center

Lead the development of improvements on systems, processes and operations

Manage the budget for day-to-day operations in the center

Establish plans and structures to engender a culture of continuous learning within the center

Align children engagement strategies in accordance with center policies

Lead the development of new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector

Model professionalism when collaborating with families and community stakeholders within the center

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education and possess Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL)

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in managing preschool centers, candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for Vice-Principal role
