Responsibilities

Payroll & Employee Administration

Process accurate and timely payroll.

Maintain HR system employee records.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.

Administer and track employee leave.

Verify and process business travel claims.

Office Administration & Procurement

Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor deliveries.

Maintain purchase records and track costs.

Work Permit Administration

Manage accommodation, lease renewals, and rent payments.

Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Corporate Support & Compliance

Administer HR corporate credit cards and tracking.

Coordinate company committees and engagement activities (e.g., ISO, WSH).

Support HR projects, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration in Human Resource role

2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource functions

Experience in Payroll will be added advantage
