As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our internal Marketing team and help bring our brands and developments to life.

This is an incredible opportunity for an emerging designer to build their portfolio across luxury property, hospitality, wellness and lifestyle brands while working alongside a high-performing and creatively driven team.

THE ROLE

Working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams, you'll support the delivery of premium creative assets across multiple brands and projects within the GURNER™ ecosystem.

No two days will look the same.

You'll contribute to the creation of:

Digital campaign assets

Social media content and creative

Print collateral and brochures

Presentation and pitch materials

EDMs and digital marketing assets

Event and experiential marketing materials

Signage, wayfinding and environmental graphics

Brand assets across property, hospitality and wellness projects

This role is perfect for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, grow quickly and gain exposure to one of Australia's most exciting private groups.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is creative, curious and obsessed with great design.

You will bring:

Approximately 12+ months experience in an in-house marketing team or creative agency environment

Confidence working across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout and composition

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Motion graphics, video editing or experience with After Effects will be highly regarded but not essential

Most importantly, you'll bring energy, ambition and a genuine desire to continue developing your craft.
